My attitude to scholars
I consider that the most essential element of teaching mathematics is actually to discover the beauty and the clarity of the topic when valuing individual child's learning speed. I rely on trusting in each child, that each one owns the ability to realise and do the maths presented to him or her. I believe that the aim of teaching is to supply every student with skills and logic to flourish and work in society. Therefore, I want to deal with my students respectfully and to be just as encouraging as possible in the learning process whilst challenging them to investigate extra ways of thinking and new concepts and rules. I will definitely respect every individual learner's needs reasonably of things that is possible and what instruments are available in the class. I will expect to invest as much or more effort and time as I await from my scholars. I will acknowledge that I need as much to learn yearly as my students, and I will be adaptable enough to accept commentary and ready for new ways of educating in an attempt to range all learning styles.
The source of support and help for scholars
I view my position at this place as an expert, far equally their actual school teachers are, still, also as a new supplier of encouragement and assistance. My position is that of a mentor due to the fact that I don't teach a full day of classes like my master teacher does, so I will be a source the learners may use to get extra assistance as well as can rely on to get encouragement. My role is also that of a student, so I view myself as a prolongation of my students, I am learning with all of them what it really means to be a good mathematics tutor.
My teaching methods
In contrast to lots of tutoring establishments in Pearce, during the regular school year, I actually work with the data that the learner obtains in his/her class. In other words, I tend not to demand that students do additional worksheets and assignments that are not actually involved in the scholar's maths program, though instead, I teach the scholar in parts of his/her maths lesson which may be actually complicated like clarity and intensity of understanding, applying of topics, and test-taking strategies. Everything I do is connected straightly to assisting the child to better realise the material from the mathematics course they are getting and to increase the grade in that class.
